Why I Choose to Work at Nova:
Prior to finding Nova, I spent a significant amount of time defining the industry, organization, team, staff, and supervisor that I was looking for in my next opportunity. I then honed that professional goal based on mission, vision, character, virtues, and purpose. Through that exercise, I concluded that I wished to serve in Human Resources for a classical education model public charter school and am honored to have found the sum of my desired attributes in this excellent institution.
